 Sally Ackerman Eaton founded Ackerman Properties after finishing her Master of Business Administration at Boston University in 1980. For a decade, Ackerman Properties was a real estate sales and marketing firm in Harvard Square. Since then, the company has been involved in investment properties and, most recently, residential development of custom, one-of-a-kind homes. Brokerage activities are available as a fee-based personal service to buyers who are moving to or within the Boston area.

 Susan Kottler holds a Masters Degree from Simmons College and began her real estate career in 1981.  She has worked in residential sales for several suburban firms and has a long history of working with people through community service organizations and schools.
